RETURN POLICY

Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team (info@carpetskart.com) within 24 hour of the product received by the customer.

Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery incase you don't like the product or received the wrong products and sizes..

• It is mandatory to send the photos of invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products.


EXCHANGES:

 Size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size if wrong product is delivered.

• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



RETURN INTIMATION:

You can Email Us at info@carpetskart.com within 15 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Then the delivery boy comes to your shipping address for return pickup.

CANCELLATION:

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 Hour’s . If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package
